Cancellation Policy
Should you find you are unable to commit to your scheduled time, we offer the opportunity to cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the start time of your session. If you have the need to cancel within 24 hours before the start time of your session, please contact us via email. While you can expect to not receive a full refund for the missed session, you will receive a discount code to be applied to your next single session. (Discount amount may change depending of frequency of cancellations. Discount code cannot be used toward a package.) Frequent cancellations (more than 3 over a 1 year period) are subject to refusal of future Single Session bookings.
